What is Shadow Work?
Shadow work involves exploring and integrating the unconscious aspects of oneself, such as repressed emotions, fears, and desires, to achieve personal growth and wholeness.
We all have traits that we’re proud of, and traits that we don’t feel so confident about. Some of these traits may trigger or embarrass us, so we hide them from public view. These parts make up your shadow self, and it longs to be heard.
My special story:
As a child I would see things that others couldn't. I would have strange dreams that came to be, and hear people speaking.
Later in life, my Grandmother who is of Indian Decent; told me of her "Gifts" as well. How she had ignored them, but noticed some of my actions. We had carried the "Black Widow" Curse until I stopped running from our blood line talents.

Every story has a when, what and how. My when was childhood, but did not fully accept them until later in life. I am Claire-audio (occasionally), Sensitive, Empath, And healer among other things that can not be rationally explained. I was introduced to Tarot during a loss, which helped me tap into my Shadow/Mirror abilities. I walk in Limbo, I can get messages from the deceased. I am a Manifesto for Others.
